Write to us
One address, read by the two people who teach in the room. No form and no front desk queue: a short note from you, and a reply from Lara or Iker within one working day.
Four things, nothing more
What to put in your note
A few lines are plenty. With these four things we can usually offer you a slot in the first reply, rather than writing back with questions.
- Your first name. First names are all we use in the room, on both sides of the reformer.
- Which class, or Arranque. Foundations, Flow, Strong or Slow Spine if you already come to us, Arranque if you have never set a spring here. A private is €65 and a duet for two is €90.
- The days that suit you. Mornings from 07:15 on weekdays, evenings until 21:15 Monday to Thursday, Saturday until 13:00. Evening privates run Monday to Thursday only.
- Whether you have had an injury or operation in the last two years. A yes or no is enough. Please keep the details for the first session, with the written note from your physiotherapist or doctor, which we need before we start.
Who reads your note
Only Lara and Iker read hello@movelara.com. We use your note to book you in or to answer your question, nothing else, and we delete it once your booking is made or your question answered. Health details stay out of email: they come with you on paper to the first session.

Where
Bilbao, Bizkaia
The studio does not travel. A reformer weighs about 80 kilos, so every class, private and duet happens here, in the room in Bilbao.
Good to know for the first visit
- Payment at the desk. Card or cash. A bono of 10 is €210, paid in full on the first class, with no deposit.
- Arrive 10 minutes early. For your first group class, so the springs can be set before the others come in.
- Grip socks on the reformer. Bring your own, or buy a pair at the desk for €12.
- Six hooks, no lockers. Each hook carries the name of a river, the same as the reformers.
